JDH CONVERTING FORMER SAVE RIGHT TO FOOD LION

Dallas Retail Property Trades for $3 Million+

 
JDH Capital acquired Sudie Crossing at 2985 Villa Rica Highway in Dallas, GA, from National Retail Properties Inc. for $3.25 million, or approximately $72 per square foot.

The single-story, 45,215-square-foot retail building was built in 1997 and is in the Paulding County/Dallas Retail submarket.

The building is a former Save Right establishment that JDH plans to renovate and turn into a Food Lion. JDH also purchased two other small buildings in the shopping center that were not owned by National Retail Properties.

The Major Properties Inc. team of Barry Major represented JDH. Vicki Giroux of Integrity Leasing Associates represented National Retail Properties.
