Mrs. Pendergrass is responsible for the organizations Employment Practices. She will focus on human resources compliance and support various functions of human resources administration.

Mrs. Pendergrass embarked on a career in Human Resources in 1994 with Honeywell (formerly Allied Signal).  Throughout her career path, she was responsible for human resources management within the manufacturing and retail industry.  Prior to joining JDH Capital, Mrs. Pendergrass launched an HR Outsourcing-Consulting Firm providing human resources support for small to mid size employers.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management).
