Principal-Chief Operating Officer

Bill Allen joined JDH Capital as Chief Operating Officer in August 2006. He has over thirty years of commercial real estate experience that encompasses urban and suburban office projects, industrial projects ranging from light industry to heavy manufacturing buildings, regional malls and strip centers and business park development. Project sizes range from 22,000 square feet to 860,000 square feet and involve third-party assignments as well as company-owned investment properties. These projects total well over 6 million square feet of direct responsibility and are located in various Midwestern and Southeastern states. Bill's experience covers areas of responsibility in total project development, leasing, property and asset management.

Bill was formerly Senior Vice-President of KIRCO Carolina Interests, LLC as well as the Broker-in-Charge, and was responsible for the planning and launching of new developments for the Southeast regional division.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Michigan at Dearborn and is the Broker-in-Charge at JDH with Real Estate licenses in North and South Carolina.
