David P. Hill

David Hill is the co-founder of JDH Capital and is one of its three managing partners. Mr. Hill has joint responsibility for the operations of the company including the oversight of new and existing development projects, existing asset management, and acquisitions.
Mr. Hill's particular focus within JDH Capital is on the development of neighborhood shopping centers and mixed-use commercial projects. Mr. Hill began his career in Syracuse, New York at the Pyramid Companies, a northeastern developer of enclosed shopping malls and power strip centers. At Pyramid he served in many capacities including construction management, leasing, site acquisition and right-to-build, as well as property management. In 1992, Mr. Hill co-founded Worldspan Commercial Properties, a Charlotte-based commercial brokerage company. In 1994, along with Mr. Davies and two other partners, Mr. Hill started JDH & Associates, Inc., a real estate development company whose focus was freestanding retail and industrial projects and small neighborhood shopping centers. In 1999, JDH & Associates was restructured by Mr. Hill and Mr. Davies to become JDH Capital. |
