Gary J. Davies

Gary Davies is the co-founder of JDH Capital and is one of its three managing partners.
Mr. Davies' particular focus within JDH Capital is on the multi-state development of freestanding retail projects for Fortune 500 clients as well as oversight of existing assets and acquisitions.
Mr. Davies began his career at Chartwell Development, a developer of business parks and industrial properties throughout North and South Carolina. At Chartwell he served in many capacities including construction management, leasing, site acquisition and right-to-build, as well as property management. In 1994, along with Mr. Hill and two other partners, Mr. Davies founded JDH & Associates, Inc., a real estate development company whose focus was free-standing retail and industrial projects and small neighborhood shopping centers. In 1999, JDH & Associates was restructured by Mr. Hill and Mr. Davies to become JDH Capital. |
