Prior to joining JDH Capital, Mr. Chipps was responsible for Land Acquisition and Entitlement for a national homebuilder, business development for a family owned service corporation, and land planning experience with various multi-disciplinary consulting firms. He holds a bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University and is licensed in South Carolina. Mr. Chipps also holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of North Carolina. |

He assists with establishing project budgets and schedules and is responsible for all permits and entitlements necessary for the development of our projects. Mr. Siler was previously a Team Manager with ColeJenest & Stone, a Land Planning and Civil Engineering firm in Charlotte, focusing primarily on Mixed-Use Development and special projects such as the U.S. National Whitewater Center. He has a bachelor's degree in History from Davidson College and a master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. Mr. Siler is a licensed Landscape Architect in North Carolina and South Carolina. Mr. Siler also holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of North Carolina. |
