Stacey McKeithan Executive Assistant to Development Email: stacey.mckeithan@jdhcapital.com Mrs. McKeithan is responsible for direct assistance to the Senior Vice President of Development and the Right-to-Build Department with coordination of all construction issues including bids, general liaison with contractors, architects, engineers and consultants.
Darren Tuitt Director of Development Services Email: darren.tuitt@jdhcapital.com Mr. Tuitt is responsible for preliminary site plan design and assisting with pre-construction due diligence, designing and creating conceptual plans for rezoning and creating colored renderings for shopping center conventions and shows, municipal and government research with regard to land use controls and zoning, and liaison with design consultants and attorneys. Mr. Tuitt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Design and a Minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
Jason Chipps Director of Entitlement Services Email: jason.chipps@jdhcapital.com Mr. Chipps is responsible for obtaining any permits and entitlements necessary for the development of our multi-tenant retail buildings, build to suit outparcels, and grocery anchored shopping centers. Prior to joining JDH Capital, Mr. Chipps was responsible for Land Acquisition and Entitlement for a national homebuilder, business development for a family owned service corporation, and land planning experience with various multi-disciplinary consulting firms. He holds a bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University and is licensed in South Carolina. Mr. Chipps also holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of North Carolina.
Jason Mathis Assistant Development Director Email: jason.mathis@jdhcapital.com Jason Mathis joined the Right to Build Department of JDH Capital in October of 2007. His responsibilities include conceptual site design and planning for new developments, as well as assisting with site research. Before becoming a part of JDH, Mr. Mathis worked as a GIS Maps Analyst for McKim & Creed Engineers. He has a degree in Graphic Communications from North Carolina State University.
William Siler Development Director Email: william.siler@jdhcapital.com Mr. Siler serves as liaison with internal and external consultant teams in creating property development plans for our multi-tenant retail buildings, grocery anchored shopping centers, and build to suit outparcels. He assists with establishing project budgets and schedules and is responsible for all permits and entitlements necessary for the development of our projects. Mr. Siler was previously a Team Manager with ColeJenest & Stone, a Land Planning and Civil Engineering firm in Charlotte, focusing primarily on Mixed-Use Development and special projects such as the U.S. National Whitewater Center. He has a bachelor's degree in History from Davidson College and a master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. Mr. Siler is a licensed Landscape Architect in North Carolina and South Carolina. Mr. Siler also holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of North Carolina.
