Nicole Anthony has been in retail leasing and sales since 1999 and has subsequently built a successful track record while servicing a sizeable portfolio of shopping centers throughout Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Having long maintained strong relationships with both national and regional retailers, Nicole’s commercial real estate knowledge covers a wide range of Southeastern U.S. markets and a diversity of property types.

Nicole is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Greater Columbia Association of Realtors and The International Council of Shopping Centers. She earned her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina (1994).
