Ms. Clark is responsible for all property management issues which include day-to-day tenant relations, working closely with contractors for tenant renovations and spec-space, working with numerous levels of governmental agencies with regard to local zoning regulations, accounting and reporting, annual budgeting, maintenance and rent collection.

Ms Chiles is responsible for new tenant turnover and day to day operations of centers including ongoing tenant relations and following up on all necessary maintenance and repairs to exterior structures and common areas, as well as tenant upfits. She handles scheduling and coordinating with vendors, tenants and contractors and other staff members. She also assists with CAM reconciliations, participates in annual lender property inspections and is responsible for rent collections and correspondence, and updates and maintains the Property Management database. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Whittingham’s responsibilities include marketing and leasing activities for the JDH retail portfolio including outparcels for sale and lease, as well as in-line retail space. Before joining JDH, Mr. Whittingham worked with Atlanta based Inland Seafood, responsible for sales in North and South Carolina. Mr. Whittingham also has extensive experience in management and development in the hospitality industry. Mr. Whittingham is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Whittingham is a graduate of Conestoga College.
